In 2000 I acquired the Old Bridge Village complex in Bradenton Beach, which I developed into a mixed-use condominium complex. In 2003 I acquired the Tortuga Inn Beach Resort & the Tradewinds Resort, located in Bradenton Beach. These properties were totally re-positioned, renovated, and refurbished between 2004 and 2006, and then converted into hotel-condominium ownership in 2004. I have served for over five years as: the board president, association manager, rental manager of Tortuga, TradeWinds and Old Bridge Village condominium associations. In 2008 I purchased, renovated and re-positioned the Bradenton Beach SeaSide Inn Beach Resort.

Tradewinds Resort

In 2003 I acquired Tradewinds Resort located in Bradenton Beach. This property was totally re-positioned, renovated, & refurbished between 2004 & 2006 & then converted into hotel-condominium ownership in 2004. I have served for over five years as: the board president & rental manager of TradeWinds condominium association.

In 2008 I purchased, renovated & re-positioned the Bradenton Beach SeaSide Inn Beach Resort.

SeaSide Inn Beach Resort’s private beach is furnished with picnic tables, grills, umbrellas & lounge chairs. All units are decorated in a relaxed tropical style, with private patios directley on the Gulf for gorgeous sunset views.
